Somewhat rushed after having it run through my mind, this is kinda how I, and others I took feedback from on forums, wanted the milestone capes to look like. Having numbers on capes to easily distinguish them, as well as a bit of difference in shape as you progress up the level requirements. A little spice and everything nice from my own imagination. Here is the result.
The 99 cape or Max Cape has the shoulders go up incase something like bandos' spiky spaulders get in the way and the geometry intersects, which wouldn't be very nice. So the shoulder things going up would allow for big armor coming out the sides.
New features I thought of myself is each cape above 50 can have an enchanted gem that takes on the properties of the amulet, necklace, or ring, except wealth of course.
90 and 99 can hold 3 of any kind.
60 and up can have the previous capes enchanted gem or the new one it unlocks.
Heres a quick chart:
50 - Mage amulet/Games tele's/Recoil
60 - Defence ammy/not sure/Dueling tele's
70 - Strength ammy/not sure/not sure
80 - Power ammy/not sure/Life
90 - Glory/not sure/Wealth not allowed (Up to 3 of any)
99 - Fury/not sure/Stone (Up to 3 of any)
Don't know why someone would have 3 turn-into-stone gems on 99 cape but its there anyway to stay consistent.
Logically more than one equipt would mean more charges, up to quadruple the amount of luck for drops. 3 wealths on 90 cape is pushing it a bit. Maybe only possible to put 1 wealth on cape so lucky drop chance is doubled, quadruple luck is a bit high.
Also that we can go to the nymph in lava flow mine to goldify the armor part and trim of max cape
that would be seriously nice looking!
